Request a Quote:
Clients visit your website and fill out a form with details about their shipment, including the pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle details, and preferred dates.

Broker Contact:
Once the quote request is submitted, your team will reach out to the client via phone or email to discuss the details, answer any questions, and provide the initial quote.
Review and Agreement:
If the client is satisfied with the quote, they will receive a contract outlining the terms of service. Once the client reviews and signs the contract, the agreement is in place.
Driver Assignment:
After the contract is finalized, your team will coordinate and assign a suitable driver for the requested dates. The client will be provided with the driver’s contact information and proof of insurance for peace of mind.
Pickup and Inspection:
On the scheduled pickup day, the driver will meet the client or their designated contact. An inspection of the vehicle or shipment will be conducted and documented to ensure everything is in order.
Delivery and Final Inspection:
Upon reaching the drop-off location, the driver will perform another inspection with the client or their representative. Any discrepancies will be noted.
Confirmation and Payment:
Once the delivery is complete and the client is satisfied, they will sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) to confirm that the shipment was received as expected. The payment to the driver will also be processed at this point.
